Supplier Portal training

Good morning!

The Supplier Portal training posted on the Bidder Registration web page  https://www.in.gov/idoa/procurement/supplier-resource-center/requirements-to-do-business-with-the-state/bidder-profile-registration/ is now available in SuccessFactors.  Because it’s important to have a basic understanding of the processes involved, everyone with the following PeopleSoft Financials roles has been enrolled in the course:

  • Head Procurement Agent
  • Agency Buyer
  • SCM Administrator

In case we missed anyone, those who work with creating Strategic Sourcing Events and awards, creating SCM Transactional Contract Documents (including grants), and creating and processing Purchase Orders would benefit from completing it.  Anyone can self-enroll in the Supplier Portal training for State employees (Course ID IDOA_PORTAL_000008).
