'23 Purchase Orders

Good afternoon everyone,

 

I’m sure you all join me in congratulating the GMIS team for another successful PO Rollover!  Many thanks to them for their commitment and expertise in managing all that goes into the fiscal year transition. 

 

With encumbrances now moved into the new fiscal year, you may begin dispatching ’23 POs.  The electronic dispatch process used with POs resulting from eProcurement punchout requisitions has been restarted.  Please keep in mind as you move forward, we’re not yet permitted to make payments against ’23 purchases; that comes after July 1st.
