Last Call for 2022 Purchases!
Indiana Department of Administration sent this bulletin at 05/23/2022 07:30 AM EDTGood morning!
It seems impossible that we’re here already, but it’s time to wrap up making purchases with 2022 funds. The official deadline is close of business this Friday, May 27th. Those who have received approval for specific exceptions may continue, but should still be mindful that the clock is ticking. It’s okay to continue with preparing for purchases using ’23 funds, but '23 POs are not to be Dispatched (or orders placed by any other means) until you’re notified otherwise. Here are some reminders:
Okay After Friday
- Continued PO Rollover Prep and Clean Up
- Creating ’23 Requisitions
- Creating ’23 POs
- Payments using ’22 funds
NOT OKAY After Friday
- Purchases with ’22 funds / Dispatching ’22 POs
- Purchases with ’23 funds / Dispatching ’23 POs
- Payments using ’23 funds
