What: Civic Square Condominiums Topping Out Ceremony and Open House

Who: Officials from the City of Carmel, Carmel Redevelopment Commission and representatives from Birkla Investment Group will celebrate a construction milestone with a topping out ceremony.

When: Wednesday, Sept. 10, Ceremony 11:15 a.m. - noon, Open House, noon to 2 p.m.

Where: 925 Veterans Way

Details: The event marks a significant step forward in the construction of a new collection of for-sale, luxury condominiums in Civic Square, just north of Carmel City Hall. This milestone signifies the final step of a six-year public-private partnership; a collaboration that has transformed Civic Square into a vibrant hub of residential, cultural and economic activity. The condominiums are thoughtfully designed to wrap a City-owned, public parking garage, integrating convenience for residents and the broader community.

This residential development further enhances the ongoing revitalization of the Civic Square area, providing an exclusive residential option that offers a highly walkable lifestyle with easy access to the Monon Greenway, The Payne & Mencias Palladium, boutique shops and fine dining.
