The latest investment furthering the growth and vitality of the Arts & Design District, Ardalan Plaza will serve as the northwest gateway to downtown Carmel at the intersection of Main Street and 4th Avenue SW.
Ardalan Plaza will feature luxury condominiums, vibrant retail and gallery spaces and a private rooftop residence, all designed in the style of a timeless Italian villa. The project is expected to enhance the Main Street corridor and serve as a welcoming landmark for visitors.
