Happy Halloween!

5

As the ghoulish season approaches, the Lake County Clerk's Office wants to ensure your Halloween is both frightfully fun and fantastically safe! We believe in celebrating community spirit while prioritizing everyone's well-being.

  1. Glowing Guidance: Decorate costumes and bags with reflective tape or stickers to enhance visibility during the night's adventures.
  2. Candy Caution: Enjoy treats only from trusted sources. Examine candies for any signs of tampering before indulging in those delicious sweets.
  3. Buddy Up: Trick-or-treat in groups. There's safety in numbers, and it makes the experience even more enjoyable!
  4. Haunted Home Safety: If you're welcoming little goblins, keep your walkways well-lit and free from obstacles to prevent trips and falls.
  5. Pet Protection: Ensure your furry friends are secure indoors. Halloween can be stressful for pets, so create a calm environment for them.

At the Lake County Clerk's Office, we cherish our community's well-being. Let's make this Halloween memorable for all the right reasons—spooky delights, joyous camaraderie, and above all, safety first! Happy Halloween, Lake County!
