North Downtown Planning Meeting June 15

The City of Evanston has started a planning effort to establish a boundary for the north downtown area and to develop an appropriate scale of development framework for future projects.

The City will be hosting its second community meeting for the project on Wednesday, June 15 at 7 p.m. in Parasol Room of the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center. This meeting will seek feedback on development scale, type of uses and building materials/design preferences for new development within the proposed north downtown planning boundary area.
