2025 Manley Creek Fire
Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) is currently fighting the Manley Creek Road fire near Laclede in Bonner County.
At 3:40 PM, IDL was called to a structure fire that had spread to the wildland; it is currently estimated to be 3-5 acres. The structure contained diesel fuel and propane tanks, posing a danger to crews on the scene. All IDL fires are investigated, and an investigator is en route to this fire.
A Type 2 helicopter is working the fire along with five (5) IDL engines. Additional local resources are also assisting.
The Bonner County Sheriff had residents on Upper Manley Creek Road and Lower Manley Creek Road near Laclede on a “Ready” status for nearly two hours, lifting the status about 6:15 PM. The Sheriff’s Office handles information regarding evacuations and evacuation status. Please follow the Bonner County Emergency Management Facebook page.
