Please note:  If you are unable or do not desire to quote, please indicate on the Statement of Non-Submittal Form, and return to the City’s Purchasing Division. 

PURPOSE:  It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter “City”) to secure services of a qualified Contractor who can safely and consistently provide fire extinguisher, FM200 suppression sys., Sprinkler, kitchen hoods suppression sys., and backflow system services at various City Facilities as required herein.

QUOTE PRICES/TERM OF CONTRACT:  Quoters shall quote unit prices, F.O.B. Destination, to include site locations within the City of North Port, Florida. Final destination is the City’s Public Works yard located at 1100 North Chamberlain Boulevard, North Port, FL 34286.   Such prices shall include Vendor’s cost in full for all transportation, labor, materials, consumables, and equipment used in delivering said materials to the point of delivery, or performance of the services.  The pricing for all items shall be the same for full truck load and partial truck load deliveries.

The term of this contract shall be from the date of award through and including 1/31/2029 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, by mutual consent, at the same terms and conditions provided. Price increases will be considered in the initial term at the end of each year for the upcoming year, and thereafter, upon renewal. Requests for price increases must be documented with written verifications of industry price increases and mutually agreed upon by the Quoter and the City.
