Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida for:
RFP NO. 2024-16 – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK
FOR THE CITY OF NORTH PORT POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITIES, EOC, AND PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING COMPLEX
It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced and qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk services for the City of North Port Police Department Facilities, EOC and Public Safety Training Complex. Services include pre-construction and construction services.
