Town Council
- Resolution 2025-20: A resolution approving a minor subdivision for Lot 3,
Smith Ranch Mixed Use Subdivision was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-05: Authorizing the Town of Silverthorne to acquire required easements for the construction of the Ruby Ranch Road traffic signal from Blue River Run HOA, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-04: Authorizing the purchase of easements from Blue River Valley Ranch Lake Association, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance No. 2025-03: An ordinance amending Chapter 1, Article VII,
Division 4 of the Silverthorne Town Code, entitled Tobacco Product Retail
License, first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance No. 2025-07: An ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Silverthorne Town Code to define and regulate natural medicine businesses, first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-06: A supplemental appropriations ordinance amending the 2025 budget, first reading, was approved.
