Work Session
- Town Council and staff discussed updates to the 2025 budget.
- An update on sustainability programs and rebates was presented to Silverthorne Town Council.
Town Council
- A new hotel and restaurant liquor license for the Old Dillon Inn was approved.
- Resolution 2025-18: A resolution approving a minor subdivision for Trent Park Expansion and Adams Avenue Extension was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-02: An ordinance to amend the 2024 Budget, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-04: Authorizing the purchase of easements from Blue River Valley Ranch Lake Association, first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-05: Authorizing the Town of Silverthorne to acquire required easements for construction of the Ruby Ranch Road traffic signal from the Blue River Run HOA was approved.
