Valley Road and Grundel Way - Crane Update

On Monday, the crane scheduled to complete box culvert extension work for the Eagle County Schools Early Learning Center project unfortunately broke down after its outriggers were set, creating a significant obstruction on Valley Road. Not ideal, we know.

We’ve been informed that the crane was repaired last night, and box culvert extension work is back underway today. If all goes according to plan, the crane will be removed from Valley Road later today, and traffic should return to normal shortly after.
