2024 Law Seminar Registration
The Division of Property Taxation will hold the 64th Annual Law Seminar for assessors on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. The Law Seminar will be held from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003. A registration table will be set up at 7:30 am for each attendee to sign-in and pick up the materials.
Please use the link below to register for the Law Seminar. Each person attending needs to submit a registration form. Registration will be open until November 19, 2024.
2024 State Assessed Assessment Changes After August 1, 2024
A summary of changes to your state assessed accounts is attached for valuation corrections occurring after August 1, 2024.
The report summarizes changes for Company Assessed Values, 5.5 Percent Growth and TABOR values, and Private Carline Assessed Values.
2025 Agricultural Rates and Prices Meeting
The proposed 2025-2026 agricultural rates and prices will be submitted to the Statutory
Advisory Committee (SAC) at the December 12th, 2024 meeting. Upon SAC
recommendation and subsequent approval by the State Board of Equalization, the rates
and prices will be submitted to all county assessors for use in the agricultural land
valuation formula for the 2025 assessment year.
A meeting has been scheduled to discuss the proposed rates and prices on Tuesday,
November 19th, 2024, at 9:00 am. Participants must register prior to the Zoom meeting
using the link below.

Moodle Storage Management
In an effort to manage storage constraints within the Moodle platform at the end of each calendar year, the DPT will now be deactivating user profiles that have not been signed into for three years or more.
If your Moodle account has been deactivated due to low usage and you want to sign up for a class that utilizes the platform in the future, you will receive an email from Moodle a week before the class begins asking you to reset your password.
No action is needed from you at this time.
