Here’s what’s making waves this summer at the marina:

The Dillon Marina will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with extended summer hours beginning June 15.
From seasoned captains to first-time crew members, Dillon Marina is your home port for high-altitude adventure all summer long.

Let's Go Boating
June 6 & 7 | 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Mark your calendar for the Let's Go Boating annual fundraiser for the League for Animals and People of the Summit (LAPS). Join us on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7 for what promises to be a delightful experience for both participants and furry friends alike. This two-day event offers the public the opportunity to embark on 45-minute boat rides guided by local captains, ensuring an enjoyable journey on the serene waters of the Dillon Reservoir.
Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a first-time boater, Let's Go Boating welcomes all to come aboard for a memorable experience while making a difference.
All proceeds benefit LAPS!

Historical Boat Tours with Summit Historic Guides
June to August
Enjoy 360º views of the mountains and learn interesting facts about the Town of Dillon and the Dillon Reservoir during a 1 & 1/2 hour pontoon boat interpretive tour of Lake Dillon. Hosted by the Dillon Marina and the Summit Historical Society, you are guaranteed to learn something about Dillon that you hadn’t known before. Whether you're a history buff or just like the idea of relaxing out on the lake, it's a terrific way to spend a morning.
Historical Boat Tours begin on Thursday, June 4 and will be every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and second Saturday of the month. Tours from June 4 to June 13 will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and from June 14 to August 30 will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

As we kick off another exciting summer season at the Dillon Marina, we’re thrilled to introduce your 2026 Marina Leadership Team! Our staff are ready for another great year on the water, and we’re especially excited to welcome James Welch as our new Operations Supervisor. Be sure to say hello and help us give James a warm welcome to the Dillon Marina family!
We’re also excited to announce another very special addition to our marina family. Baby girl Finley Ferris Mako joined us earthside on Sunday, May 24. Mom, dad, and baby are all doing well, and Karlee and her family are settling in at home enjoying this special time together. We know many of you have worked closely with Karlee over the years, and we hope you’ll join us in wishing her family all the best over the coming months.
While Karlee is away, our team is here and ready to assist with anything you may need this boating season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for opening weekend! We were thrilled to see such a great turnout of slip holders, boat renters, and STEEP Tiki Bar patrons. It is always exciting to see the marina come back to life for another summer season.
Our team has been working hard to keep up with fluctuating water levels and changing conditions while also stepping masts, commissioning motors, and launching boats as weather permits. If you are in need of service work, please reach out to request a work order so we can get you scheduled as quickly as possible.
To help avoid delays with launching, please ensure the following are completed prior to your launch:
- Lease Agreement is signed and submitted
- Slip invoice has been paid
- Boat registration and insurance are current
- Your boat is clean, drained, and dry and has a matching seal and receipt upon arrival to the launch ramp
We are incredibly grateful to be open and back on the water, and we truly appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and support as we navigate the challenges this season presents together.
We look forward to another great summer at the marina! Keep doing those rain dances!

Boats For Sale
The Dillon Marina in NO way represents the items posted in this section, nor has any knowledge of the condition of such items. All correspondence shall be kept between the listing and interested parties. No additional information will be provided by the marina.
The Dillon Marina will no longer be accepting boats for sale via email. If you have a boat-related item to sell, please fill out the Boats for Sale Form linked below. You can also use this form to let the marina know that a boat has been sold so we can remove it from the boats for sale listings. Boats for sale will only be listed for 3 months. If the boat is still for sale after that time period, the listing will be removed and a new form must be submitted.
