2026 Town of Dillon Construction Projects
The Town of Dillon is moving forward with several exciting infrastructure and recreation projects this spring and summer. Construction on eight new dedicated pickleball courts at Town Park began in April, with the courts expected to open in July 2026. The project reflects Dillon’s commitment to expanding recreational opportunities and meeting the growing popularity of pickleball in the region.
In addition, the Town is replacing an aging water main near Corinthian Hill, with work expected to be completed by May 22, 2026. The project will improve the reliability of Dillon’s water system and includes installation of new waterline infrastructure, roadway restoration, grading, and reseeding of disturbed areas.
Improvements are also underway at the Town Park Plaza. By the end of May 2026, the gravel plaza area between the LaBonte and Buffalo Street parking lots will be transformed with new concrete paving and utility infrastructure. Future phases of the project will include landscaping and construction of a new restroom and storage building anticipated for completion in 2027.
