Empathy In Action Film Screening

On February 1, The Transformative Justice Center is inviting our community to gather for a public screening of Going Inside: Empathy in Action at the newly remodeled Lighthouse Theater in Pacific Grove.

This film—recently awarded Best Documentary at the Texas Short Film Festival—is a love letter to the people inside prison walls and to the volunteers who choose presence, vulnerability, and compassion again and again. It’s a testament to what becomes possible when we meet one another not as labels, but as human beings.

All are welcome.

Lighthouse Theater, Pacific Grove

The 40-minute film will be followed by a short Q&A with Megan Mcdrew, select volunteers, and several of the Brothers in Blue featured in the film who have since been released.
