Summer is here and the Salinas Public Library will have free activities throughout the summer for all ages! A variety of drop-in and registration-based programs will be offered to encourage imagination and exploration.
Of course, our Summer Reading Challenge returns with the opportunity to earn free books! Keep track of your reading via ReadSquared. Paper reading logs will also be available at any Salinas Public Library starting Monday, June 2, 2025.

Craftivity for Teens runs on the first Tuesdays of the month at Cesar Chavez Library and on the fourth Wednesdays of the month at John Steinbeck Library from 3:30 PM to 5 PM. If you've ever wanted to try a craft and didn't think you had the time or funds for supplies... If you're more of a hands-on learner and online tutorials never quite cut it...
