We are sorry to report that author and longtime library friend Bonnie Dillabough passed away on the evening of April 5th at her home in Richland, Washington.
During her years with the library, she presented as a Writers Workshop speaker, as a spotlight speaker at her own Local Author Talk, as a group leader for our NaNoWriMo program, and as a mentor in the online Writers Group. Bonnie's spirit, enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment to the literary arts are irreplaceable. The Library is grateful to have known her and to have enjoyed the wonderful gifts she shared with the literary community.
We will host an online celebration of Bonnie’s life, writing, and contributions to our community on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 6-7 pm via Zoom.
