Reminder: Placer County has a new SMS number

As part of an infrastructure upgrade, Placer County will be transitioning our SMS phone number from 468311 to a new toll-free number: 1-888-579-9803. This change will take effect on Tuesday, May 13.

Beginning that day, all wireless messages will be sent from the new toll-free number. To ensure everything is functioning properly, GovDelivery will perform a test message on May 13 following the migration.
