Call for Speakers for the 2025 Technical Training Series (Link Updated)

CalRecycle is excited to announce the call for speakers for the 2025 Hybrid Technical Training Series (TTS)! The 2025 TTS will consist of virtual sessions held on November 12-13, 2025, followed by an in-person event at the Monterey Hyatt on December 9-11, 2025. We are seeking speakers from a variety of backgrounds, including Local Enforcement Agencies, CalRecycle staff, solid waste facility operators, consultants, partner agencies, and subject matter experts. Session topics include solid waste regulations, inspections, response, permitting, closure, CEQA, enforcement, case studies, and emerging issues. A list of specific session topics is provided in the form linked below.

Potential speakers will be contacted by a CalRecycle staff person to provide additional information about speaker roles, training objectives, and the TTS.
