Accepting comments for SB 343 Revised Preliminary Findings through Feb. 18, 2025

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) published the SB 343 Material Characterization Study Revised Preliminary Findings on December 31, 2024. CalRecycle is currently accepting comments regarding the SB 343 Revised Preliminary Findings Report through February 18, 2025.  

Comments can be made in person and via Zoom at the hybrid public meeting on February 3, 2025. Comments can be also submitted by emailing wastechar@calrecycle.ca.gov with the subject line: SB 343 Revised Preliminary Findings. CalRecycle is asking that written public comments be submitted by February 18, 2025 to ensure comments can be considered prior to the publication of the final findings.
