Three Arrested for Commercial Burglary
This week, CPD officers responded to a commercial burglary investigation at Aurora Modern Healing, located at 865 W. Foothill Boulevard. Officers determined the suspects gained entry into the business through an unsecured roof hatch and once inside, stole numerous electronic items and fled the location.
Later that morning, the victim called to advise that one of the electronic devices was activated, and the GPS showed its location. Officers responded, and two suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Claremont PD Jail, where they were booked and later released on a citation. Later that afternoon, more of the electronic devices' GPS signals were activated, and the third suspect was placed under arrest for burglary and transported to the Claremont PD Jail, where he was booked and released on a citation.
CERT Training
Claremont’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Claremont Police Department are offering CERT training this fall.
