National Night Out - August 5
Join us on Tuesday, August 5, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for National Night Out at Joāt Park, hosted by the Claremont Police Department! In collaboration with other community groups, CPD will have several exhibits on display, games, and prizes for kids! A public safety “Meet and Greet” will be held from 6pm to 6:30pm for individuals with special needs and their families. Bring your appetites, as this year’s event will feature several food trucks, including Fuego Me Up, Monkey’s Munchies Truck, and The Deli Doctor.
This year, the Police Department will be accepting donations of school supplies for the Children’s Advocacy Center. Donations can be dropped off in advance at the Claremont Police Department or at the “Stuff a Police Car” at the event. The Children’s Advocacy Center’s mission is to provide children affected by violence with services of support, forensic interviews, resources, and hope.
We will cap off the evening by showing “Moana 2" beginning at dusk. Come and join in on the fun with your community and the Police Department!
