Work to be done: Migrate 6 school districts from the current RT MOE terminating at NWCC to the RT MOE terminating at Powell High School. The following county school districts will be migrated: Big Horn # 1; Big Horn # 2; Big Horn # 3; Big Horn # 4; Washakie # 2; and Park # 16. Routes will be update to reflect the changes. Customer Impact: The 6 school districts listed above will have no external network connectivity during the maintenance period. Duration: 4 hours |

Customer Impact: Users connected to Wyo-Guest in the Emerson building may have limited access during this maintenance. Users outside the Emerson will not be affected. Emerson Wyo-Guest users may need to disconnect and reconnect after 6:00 AM. Duration: 4 hours |

Work to be done: Mainframe IPL. Customer Impact: This work affects Mainframe customers during the IPL and anyone who needs Mainframe access during this time, as the Mainframe will not be available. IPL’s must be done weekly in compliance with Software AG’s products requirements. The inability to do a weekly IPL could result in serious performance degradation to the applications on the Mainframe. Duration: 15 minutes within the 2 hour work period. |

Continuation of Previously Approved Work: This server reboot will occur every Sunday at 1:00 AM. Customer Impact: The system will be unavailable for approximately 3 minutes during the reboot.
