Work to be done: Migrating the Standards and Compliance Division of DWS to the enterprise. All client systems and file servers will be offline beginning at 5 PM on Friday, March 21st through 8 PM on Sunday, March 23rd. Customer Impact: All client systems and file servers will be offline beginning 3/21 at 5 PM through 3/23 at 8 PM. All ETS teams involved have been coordinated with, as well as agency leadership and staff. This work affects only DWS. Duration: Friday, 5 PM, March 21st through Sunday, 8 PM, March 23rd. |

Work to be done: Charter has lost access to the media converter that places the Hobbs Building (BON and BOM) on the MOE. This piece of equipment will have to be rebooted. Customer Impact: The MOE will not be accessible while the media converter is down. Customers will lose connectivity to the Internet while this is happening. Charter (vendor) has requested this work window, and it has been approved by Debbie at BOM and Cindy at BON. Duration: 30 minutes or less |

Work to be done: Upgrade the firewall multi-domain management servers. This needs to be upgraded before the firewall gateways can be upgraded to software versions that have necessary updates. Work to be done: Update the Dell Chassis firmware and OS. Perform switch software upgrades to alleviate current issues. Customer Impact: Customers should not be impacted by this work. Work to be done: Apply windows updates on modular messaging application servers, and do the quarterly reboot for cleanup. Customer Impact: There should be no customer impact during the work. Voicemail services will be available during work. Only one server will be unavailable at a time. Services are duplicated on servers and after hours traffic can be accommodated on one server. Duration: 2 hours |

Work to be done: Migrate the Public Defender Office (PDO) web server to the wyo.gov domain. Change programming to reflect the new domain. Customer Impact: The public web site will be unavailable during this time. Users will now be able to log into the employee website using their wyo.gov credentials. This date and time was selected by and coordinated with PDO staff, and Ryan Roden, Dep. Public Defender. Duration: 4 hours |

Work to be done: Reboot CES switch in Cheyenne Business Center (CBC) on Pershing Blvd. VOIP will be installed in the CBC and the reboot is required in order to increase the system-max of virtual interfaces. Customer Impact: Users in the CBC will have no network connectivity during the maintenance window. Duration: 1 hour |

Work to be done: Replace the existing Cisco 7206VXR router with a Brocade ICX switch. Reconfigure WEN core router with updated routes to reflect this change. This work is being performed for Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) at their request for date and time and coordinated with WWCC CIO Derek Robinson. Customer Impact: Users at WWCC will have limited network connectivity during this maintenance. Duration: 1 hour |

Customer Impact: Affects Mainframe customers during IPL and anyone who needs Mainframe access during this time as the Mainframe will not be available. Duration: 15-30 minutes |
