Work to be done: Move the 4 remaining DOR production servers (doris1, dords, dorrp1, and dordp1) to the WYO.GOV Domain. Customer Impact: Taxpayers will not be able to file/pay their taxes online during the down time. Revenue users will have intermittent access to reports and their ability to launch the Excise and Minerals applications. Duration: 6 hours |

Work to be done: GIS data will be moved from the current GIS Server to the Enterprise SQL Cluster. GIS will also be patched and configuration will be adjusted on the production GIS Server. Customer Impact: The customer will be able to have full access to GIS data until the point of the physical switch to the SQL Cluster. During the physical move there will be no access until the switch is completed. State Parks and Laramie County Assessor’s Office should be the only agencies affected. Duration: Up to 12 hours. |

Customer Impact: The applications being updated will be unavailable while the update is being installed. Customer impact is minimal as these updates will be done during maintenance windows when there will be low usage of the applications. Duration: 2 hours on each of the regular maintenance windows: Sunday 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM; and Tuesday 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM |

Work to be done: Perform WYDOT database maintenance to include: file reorders, field length changes, adding superdescriptors, renaming or renumbering files, creating a new file, adding a new field, adding descriptors, releasing descriptors, releasing superdescriptors, and restoring natural programs. Customer Impact: This work has been arranged and scheduled by the customer, and fully coordinated with ETS Mainframe staff and WYDOT IT personnel. Duration: This work will begin on Saturday, January 5, 2013, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and continue every Saturday through December 28, 2013. |

Work to be done: Department of Health Server Migration Project. Customer Impact: This is a single agency work request, affecting only the Dept. of Health. Users will not have access to servers being migrated during the work period(s) shown below. Duration: Every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM until such time as the migrations are completed. |

Work to be done: Department of Health patches and/or upgrades to WDH/ETS managed servers. Customer Impact: This recurring work is a single agency request affecting only the Department of Health (WDH). Servers being patched and/or upgraded will not be available for use during the work periods. Duration: Every Sunday beginning March 17, 2013, and continuing (as needed) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM until all 200 servers have been patched and/or upgraded. |
