The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, General Services Division, Procurement Section is pleased to announce that it is moving to an electronic bid system for both distribution and receipt in early 2015.  All vendors, including vendors currently registered, must complete the registration because the commodity codes currently on file will no longer be valid.

VENDOR REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE.  If you have problems with the registration process please contact Public Purchase at  Firms will need to register in order to respond to bid requests.  Bid documents will be sent electronically to you.  You will no longer be required to obtain and pay for bid documents through the engineer. 

Please note that the Wyoming Department of Transportation maintains a separate e-procurement account with Public Purchase.  It is necessary for you to register separately with both entities to be eligible for bidding both Wyoming Department of Transportation projects and STP projects.
