STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The Draft 2024 Regional SO2 Emissions and Milestone Report is now available for public comment at https://deq.wyoming.gov/aqd/emissions-inventories/ under the Annual Sulfur Dioxide Inventory header. Based on the annual emissions estimate, a preliminary determination has been made that the three states and one city have met the regional SO2 milestone under the Regional Haze State Implementation Plans for New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and Albuquerque-Bernalillo County.
The public comment period for the draft report will begin on February 23, 2026 and end at 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026. Comments postmarked on or before that date will be accepted. Comments should be electronically submitted at http://aq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/comment/search, faxed to 307-635-1784 or mailed to:
