WYOMING REGIONAL HAZE

STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

  

The Draft 2024 Regional SO₂ Emissions and Milestone Report is now available for public comment at https://deq.wyoming.gov/aqd/emissions-inventories/ under the Annual Sulfur Dioxide Inventory header. Based on the annual emissions estimate, a preliminary determination has been made that the three states and one city have met the regional SO₂ milestone under the Regional Haze State Implementation Plans for New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and Albuquerque-Bernalillo County.

The public comment period for the draft report will begin on February 23, 2026 and end at 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026.  Comments postmarked on or before that date will be accepted.  Comments should be electronically submitted at http://aq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/comment/search, faxed to 307-635-1784 or mailed to:
