For more information on OpenAir, please visit our website here. **************************************************************************************************************************************** The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests: CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC to install one hundred fifteen (115) portable rich burn natural gas fired generator engines (ENG001-ENG115), to be operated at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Laramie County, Wyoming. The natural gas fired generator engines will be equipped with non-selective catalytic reduction (NSCR) catalysts and air/fuel-ratio controllers (AFRC) to control NOx emissions to 0.5 g/hp-hr, CO emissions to 2.0 g/hp-hr, VOC emissions to 0.7 g/hp-hr, and formaldehyde emissions to 0.05 g/hp-hr. For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032390 and permit number P0040693 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Laramie County Clerk’s Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
