For more information on OpenAir, please visit our website here. **************************************************************************************************************************************** The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests: CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by PureWest Resources Inc. to modify the Mobile Engine Fleet facility as follows: adjust the rating of four (4) existing PSI 11.1L compressor engines (ENG001-ENG004) from 225 hp to 268 hp and account for associated emissions increases; operate on a permanent basis four (4) existing 268 hp PSI 11.1L compressor engines (ENG005-ENG008), currently permitted as temporary (less than 12-month) sources, to be used in the mobile engine fleet; and install four (4) new 268 hp PSI 11.1L compressor engines (ENG009-ENG012) to be used in the fleet of mobile engines. The Mobile Engine Fleet (F031088) consists of twelve (12) 268 hp PSI 11.1L compressor engines (ENG001-ENG012) operated as mobile units within the Jonah and Pinedale Anticline Development (JPAD) area at various well pad locations as needed, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031088 and permit number P0040739 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sublette County Clerk’s Office, Pinedale, Wyoming.
