For more information on OpenAir, please visit our website here. **************************************************************************************************************************************** The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests: CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by L.G. Everist, Inc. to operate the Horse Creek Rock Quarry, a ten (10) acre aggregate quarry, which includes aggregate crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling, blasting, and haul activity. The Horse Creek Rock Quarry is located in the SW¼ of Section 32, T18N, R70W, approximately thirty-three (33) miles northwest of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 300,000 tons per year. For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031188 and permit number P0040581 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
