The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Continental Resources Incorporated (F032014, P0039708):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources, Inc. (CMP000205) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Opal 1, 2NH – Pearl 4NH PAD (F032014), consisting of the Opal Fed 3467-1628 1NH, 2NH and Pearl Fed 3467-1729 4NH wells, with a vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower and produced gas during pipeline downtime, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 16, T34N, R67W, approximately twenty-six (26) miles east-northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032014 and permit number P0039708 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.

(CMP000205) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Cowgirl Fed 3574-0214 PAD (F032046), consisting of the Cowgirl Fed 3574-0214 3NH well, with a vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower and produced gas during pipeline downtime, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 2, T35N, R74W, approximately fifteen (15) miles northeast of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032046 and permit number P0039751 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming.
