The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
Strata Energy, Inc. (F024065, P0039697):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Strata Energy, Inc. to modify the Ross ISR Project facility (F024065) with the installation of the following equipment: one (1) Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Storage Tank (TNK016), two (2) Fresh Eluant Tanks (TNK017, TNK019), two (2) Lean Eluant Tanks (TNK018, TNK020), two (2) Rich Eluant Tanks (TNK021-TNK022), two (2) Precipitation Tanks (TNK023-TNK024), one (1) Yellowcake Surge Tank (TNK025), two (2) Precipitation Iron Tanks (TNK026-TNK027), one (1) Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Day Tank (TNK028), two (2) Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) Tanks (TNK029-TNK030), two (2) Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Tanks (TNK031-TNK032), one (1) Hot Water Tank (TNK033), one (1) Decant Tank (TNK034), two (2) Brine Tanks (TNK035-TNK036), and two (2) Vacuum Dryer Heaters (HET003-HET004). Additionally, Strata Energy, Inc. is requesting to remove the following tanks from associated permits: four (4) Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) Storage Tanks (TNK001-TNK002, TNK004, TNK010), four (4) Sodium Chlorate (NaClO3) Storage Tanks (TNK008, TNK011-TNK012, TNK015), and three (3) Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Storage Tanks (TNK009, TNK013-TNK014). The Ross ISR Project facility is located in Sections 7, 17, 18, and 19 of T53N, R67W and Sections 12, 13, and 24 of T53N, R68W, approximately one (1) mile southeast of Oshoto, in Crook County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F024065 and permit number P0039697 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Crook County Library, Sundance, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Crook County Clerk’s Office, Sundance, Wyoming.
