CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources Incorporated to install and operate ten (10) PSI PC95 Zenith 111 hp portable engines (ENG001-ENG010) and ten (10) PSI PC50 Origin 46.2 hp portable engines (ENG011-ENG020) at various oil and gas production sites in Campbell, Converse, Johnson, and Washakie Counties, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032123 and permit number P0039658 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette WY, Converse County Library, Douglas WY, Johnson County Library, Buffalo WY, and Washakie County Library, Worland WY. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell, Converse, Johnson, and Washakie County Clerk’s Office.
