The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC(F, P):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC to operate the Ridinger Mine, located in Sections 27, 28, 33, and 34, T58N, R63W, approximately twenty-three (23) miles north-northeast of Hulett, in Crook County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031513 and permit number P0039696 or A0017577. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Crook County Library, Sundance, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, March 31, 2025.
