The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Continental Resources Incorporated (F029724, P0039675):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources, Inc. (CMP000205) to modify and operate the Spillman Draw Unit 36-72-31-1NH well site by converting it to a central facility, known as the Spillman Draw, Gorlock, Troll PAD (F029724), with the addition of production and equipment associated with three new wells, the Gorlock 3573-0113 3NH, Troll Fed 3572-0618-1NH and 2NH, with a vapor recovery unit and two smokeless dual-tip flares to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower and truck loading, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 31, T36N, R72W, approximately twenty (20) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029724 and permit number P0039675 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources, Inc. (CMP000205) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Bluebird, Sparrow PAD (F032032), consisting of the Bluebird Fed 3471-3031 R4NH, Sparrow Fed 3471-2905 R1NH and R2NH wells, with a vapor recovery unit and a smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and vapor recovery tower, located in the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 29, T34N, R71W, approximately nine (9) miles north of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.
