The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
Anschutz Exploration Corporation (F030032, P0039568):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anschutz Exploration Corporation (CMP000035) to modify and operate the Yogi Fed 3571-10-3-3 TH well by converting it to a central facility, known as the Yogi PAD (F030032) with the addition of production and equipment associated with six new wells, the Pedro Fed 3571-10-3-1 SXH, 3571-10-22-16 MH, 16 PH, 16 SXH, Yogi Fed 3571-10-3-3 SXH and 3571-10-22-14 SXH, with two vapor recovery units and two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and vapor recovery towers, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 10, T35N, R71W, approximately sixteen (16) miles south-southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030032 and permit number P0039568 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
