CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC to for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate the Maurer Lease 21 located in the SE¼ NW¼ of Section 21, T57N, R65W, approximately seventeen (17) miles north-northwest of Hulett, in Crook County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030141 and permit number P0039231 or A0016807. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Crook County Library, Sundance, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, December 9, 2024.
