The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Coyote Hill Midstream L.L.C. (F029098, P0038344):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Coyote Hill Midstream L.L.C. to modify the Coyote Hill Compressor Station with the following revisions: increase capacity of three (3) atmospheric condensate storage tanks to 500 bbl (TNK003-TNK004, TNK008), update emissions of (1) combustor that controls TEG Dehydrator (FLR004) from adding assist gas, update two (2) 500 bbl or less produced water tanks (TNK005, TNK006), update produced water truck loading (LUD004) and condensate loading (LUD003), update two (2) TEG dehydration units with single or combined capacity up to 50 MMscfd (DHY003-DHY004), and update six (6) pig receivers and six (6) pig launchers (BVC004). The Coyote Hill Compressor Station is located in the SE¼ NW¼ & SW¼ NE¼ of Section 13, T34N, R68W, approximately twenty-four (24) miles east-northeast of Douglas, Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029098 and permit number P0038344 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
