CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anschutz Exploration Corporation (CMP000035) to modify and operate the Jack PAD (F031329) with the addition of production and equipment associated with three new wells, the Jack Fed 3671-18-6-1E NH, 2WNH and Toughy Fee 3671-17-20-13 SXH, with a vapor recovery unit and a common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and vapor recovery tower, located in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 18, T36N, R71W, approximately twelve (12) miles southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
