CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources Incorporated to establish the Barton Unit Recycle Facility to consist of one (1) 400 bbl slop tank (TNK001), one (1) 750 bbl gunbarrel tank (TNK002), one (1) 400 bbl produced water tank (TNK003), one (1) 400 bbl oil tank (TNK004), two (2) truck loadouts (LUD001-LUD002), and two (2) evaporation ponds (FUG001-FUG002). The Barton Unit Recycle Facility is located in the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 7, T34N, R67W and is approximately twenty-five (25) miles east-northeast of Douglas in Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031381 and permit number P0037552 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.

(CMP000205) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Birdshot 1MH, 1NH / Newcastle 1NHR PAD (F031315), consisting of the Birdshot Fed 3773-3130 1MH, 1NH and Newcastle 3673-0607 1NHR wells, with one vapor recovery unit and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower and produced gas during pipeline downtime, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 1, T36N, R74W, approximately twenty-one (21) miles north-northeast of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
