The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
North Silo Resources, LLC (F031170, P0037963):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC to operate one (1) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engine (ENG001) and one (1) 390 hp Doosan 14.6L generator engine (ENG002) at the Eklund 17-63-26 PAD located in the NW¼ NW¼ of Section 26, T17N, R63W, approximately twenty-four (24) miles northwest of Pine Bluffs in Laramie County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031170 and permit number P0037963 or A0016631. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Friday, August 9, 2024.
