The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (F026297, P0037752):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to modify the Shelden Compressor Station by installing the following equipment: three (3) 1,776 hp Caterpillar G3606 A3 engines, 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606 A4 engines, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+/LEU engines, 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042 GSI, or 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI engines (ENG015-ENG017), two (2) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+/LEU engines, 600 hp Caterpillar CG137-12 engines, 1,035 hp Caterpillar G3512B engines or 840 hp Waukesha F3524GSI engines (ENG018, ENG019), one (1) TEG dehydration unit with single or combined capacity up to 40 MMscfd or less (DHY004), one (1) 1.5 MMBtu/hr or less TEG reboiler (HET005), one (1) combustors for the TEG dehydrator (FLR004), one (1) JT or fuel conditioning skid, two (2) 480 bbls or less atmospheric produced water storage tank (TNK012, TNK013), one (1) 50,000 gal or two (2) 20,000 gal condensate bullet tanks (TNK010, TNK011), one (1) 0.25 MMBtu/hr or less tank heater for atmospheric produced water tanks (HET004) and a condensate loading area (LUD004) and associated equipment. The Shelden Compressor Station is located in the NW¼ NW¼ of Section 16, T37N, R70W, approximately three (3) miles south-southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F026297 and permit number P0037752 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
