The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Williams Field Services Company to operate one (1) pig receiver (BVC001), along with piping and equipment fugitives (FUG001). The Merna Junction facility will consist of the following equipment two (2) pig launchers, one (1) pig receiver and one (1) 500 gal methanol tank. The Merna Junction facility is located in the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 28, T31N, R111W, approximately seven (7) miles north northeast of Big Piney, in Sublette County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030665 and permit number P0037664. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, May 6, 2024.
