The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Pecan Pipeline (Wyoming) LLC (F028055, P0037360):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Pecan Pipeline (Wyoming) LLC to modify the Jewell Gas Plant with the installation of: two (2) 1,150 hp Caterpillar G3516LE, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516TALE, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB, 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606LE or 2,500 hp Caterpillar G3608LE compressor engine (ENG018-ENG019), one (1) 1.25 million Btu per hour (MMBtu/hr) mol sieve regeneration heater (HET007), one (1) JT skid processing unit, one (1) electric motor driven NGL pipeline pump, one (1) dehydration system, one (1) electric motor driven NGL pipeline pump, and one (1) 1,150 hp Caterpillar G3516 LE compressor engine (ENG004) to replace the existing 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B compressor engine. The Jewell Gas Plant is located in SE¼ NW¼ Section 35, T41N, R72W, approximately twenty-one (21) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F028055 and permit number P0037360 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
