The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
1876 Resources, LLC (F031327, P0037469):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by 1876 Resources, LLC (CMP100790) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as Ethel PAD (F031327), consisting of the Flat Top Hills 3467-27-15-3NXH, 3467-27-15-4NXH, 3467-27-34-3NXH and 3467-27-34-4NXH wells, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loading, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 27, T34N, R67W, approximately sixteen (16) miles west-northwest of Manville, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031327 and permit number P0037469 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Niobrara County Library, Lusk, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Niobrara County Clerk’s Office, Lusk, Wyoming.
