Continental Resources Incorporated (F029876, P0037366):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources, Inc. (CMP000205) to modify and operate the Bohlander Fed 3974-1720-2FH well site by converting it to a central facility, known as the Bohlander Fed 2FH, Solitude 4MH, 1, 3SXH PAD (F029876), with the addition of production and equipment associated with three new wells, the Solitude Fed 3974-1720-4MH, 1SXH and 3SXH, with one vapor recovery unit and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, vapor recovery tower and produced gas during pipeline downtime, located in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 17, T39N, R74W, approximately twenty-seven (27) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029876 and permit number P0037366 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
