The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Devon Energy Production Company (F031363, P0037471):  

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. (CMP000241) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the PDU Tillard 13-3772 Pad 2 (F031363), consisting of the PDU Tillard Fed 12-013772-3XNH, 4XNH, SDU Tillard Fed 07-063771-1XNH and 2XNH wells, with one vapor recovery unit and two smokeless flares to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 12, T37N, R72W, approximately ten (10) miles west-southwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031363 and permit number P0037471 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.

(CMP000241) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the CWDU Stoddard 11-3871 Pad 1 (F031365), consisting of the CWDU Stoddard Fed 11-023871-1XPH and 3XPH wells, with one vapor recovery unit and one smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 11, T38N, R71W, approximately five (5) miles northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031365 and permit number P0037479 under permits.
