The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
Continental Resources Incorporated (F025864, P0037220):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources Incorporated to modify the Hornbuckle Commercial Oilfield Wastewater Disposal Facility to consist of one (1) 750 bbl gunbarrel tank (TNK001), one (1) 500 bbl gunbarrel tank (TNK002), two (2) 400 bbl produced water tanks (TNK003-TNK004), two (2) 400 bbl oil tanks (TNK005-TNK006), one (1) 400 bbl oil slop tank (TNK007), one (1) truck loadout (LUD001) and five (5) evaporation ponds (FUG001-FUG005). The Hornbuckle Commercial Oilfield Wastewater Disposal Facility is located in the N1/2 NE1/4 of Section 10, T36N, R74W and is approximately nineteen (19) miles north-northeast of Glenrock in Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F025864 and permit number P0037220 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
